Neon Rainbow / Curated by Amber Vilas1. An arc or circle in the sky with concentric bands of spectral colors, resulting from the refraction and dispersion of the sun's rays by moisture in the atmosphere.
2. An artificial presentation of the colors of the spectrum created through refection and the dispersion of light.
3. A playful take on the idea of a show curated around a specific color or media. Artwork on display will not be limited to the use of a multicolored palette. Monochromatic pieces will also be on view.
4. An ephemeral natural phenomenon. The exhibition will include artworks made from scraps, remnants, and other objects of limited time use.

French Neon
A collective who organize events as upstanding citizens of their local arts community. These events are often on view for a brief moment in time and generate a concentrated frenzy of cultural energy. With a focus on both long and short term outcomes, French Neon remains plastic. What French Neon has once been does not define what it will become.
